Survivors of sexual assault have enough things to contend with - preventing an unintended pregnancy shouldn’t have to be one of them. Thanks to Senator Patty Murray who recently introduced a bill to make sure that emergency room staff provide education to survivors about emergency contraception and make it available to them.
